My work sits at the intersection of instructional design, digital innovation, and educational equity; always grounded in real classroom practice.

Built from the Classroom, Not About It

I was a teacher before I was a product leader. Every feature, flow, and feedback loop starts from lived classroom experience. I don't design for educators from the outside. I model the same practices I ask them to adopt.

Remove the Barriers First

Access isn't a feature you add later, it's where I start. Free programs. Bilingual by design. Flexible scheduling. No gatekeeping. When you design for the educators who are most stretched, you build something that works better for everyone.
